June 2026: Pride in Finance

As we mark PRIDE month, our Lunch & Learn session explores the role the Pride in Finance Alliance is seeking to play within the wider mortgage industry.

We reflect on the progress made across our sector and society, while also acknowledging the challenges that LGBTQ+ colleagues continue to face. The session looks at what meaningful allyship can and should look like for individuals, teams, and organisations, and how we can continue building environments where people feel safe, supported, and able to thrive.

We’re delighted to be joined by:

William Lloyd-Hayward, COO – The Brightstar Group.
Rachel Eason-Whale, Head of Impact & Inclusion – L&C Mortgages.
Iain Cartlidge, Client Director – AE3 Media & DIFF.
Amy Loddington, Communications Director at Barcadia Media.

Whether you’re committed to inclusion, looking to strengthen your understanding, or simply want to learn more about the Pride in Finance Alliance, this session will offer valuable insight into how we can collectively drive progress.
